Aimee said she wanted to go over to the mainland for lunch. A little seafood place called Mud City. It was one of our favorite places for lunch. Aimee laughed. "I knew you'd do that. Impatient, aren't you? Well, you'll have to wait just a little while longer. Let's head back."

Somewhat disappointed but still excited, I started to drive home. A short distance down the road, Aimee instructed me, "slow down; we have to turn soon." As we approached a shop that we must have driven past every time we came to the shore, she told me, "turn in here."

It was a small brick building with a flashing neon sign Fantasy Island adult toys. I was totally shocked, but Aimee jumped out and headed for the door as soon as I parked. Like she didn't want to give herself the chance to change her mind.

We walked in, and there were displays of books and porn movies that you would expect in such a place. Along the back wall was a collection of sex toys, but Aimee walked straight for the counter. I was surprised to see a young woman working there. I think Aimee was happy to see a woman there too.

As Aimee approached, she asked, "can I help you with something?"

"Yes," said Aimee. "I'm looking for a really slippery lubricant."

The girl behind the counter asked. "Is it for use with a toy, a condom, or skin?"

Aimee glanced at me, then at the salesgirl. "Anal"

I thought I was going to choke. Did I hear right?

The salesgirl said."OK, I have just the lube for you. With this, you can get a golf ball through a soda straw."

Aimee laughed, "it's closer to a billiard ball, but if that's the best you can do."

The girl looked at me then Aimee smiled at her a said, "lucky girl."

Aimee made the purchase, and we were on our way back to the house.
